Je serais à la présentation de projet du Lab Place de Oust mardi 27 Novembre 2018 a partir de 18h. Je parlerais de ma participation dans le spectacle de Corrido - a Ballad for the Brave, au programe animation, illustration et musique.
Although I haven't updated my portfolio for about a year now it has been an incredibly rich year. I have been involved in a true dream project called Corrido. It is a live performance staring violist Lizzie Ball, written by Emily Blacksell and gathering a dream team of talents. I have created original artwork and animation for it and it will be premiering at the V&A in London on the 2nd of November (this Friday) It is completely sold out so I hope there will be more run of the show as it is the fruit of 2 years of work since inception - I came on the project about 10 months ago and it has been my labor of love since day one.
I cannot wait to see the show. Hopefully, I will post some more about the project sooner than later.
The new website for Super Carers has just gone live. I worked with them to create a set of illustrations. I will write more about the whole process in my portfolio soon.
till then have a look at the site live
Come and see two brand new episodes from CBBC’s top football drama, based on Dan Freedman’s best-selling books. Twelve-year-old Jamie Johnson, a talented but maverick footballer, has one burning ambition – to be scouted for his beloved Hawkstone. But will his temper and competitiveness get in the way? Hear from actors Louis Dunn (Jamie) and Jonnie Kimmins (Boggy), writer of the Jamie Johnson books Dan Freedman, director Joe Talbot and sports commentator Conor McNamara after the screening.

Long time due, I updated my showreel with new 2D animations showing bit of the CBBC drama Jamie Johnson which has kept me so busy, alongside some more experimental elements. It is only when cutting the reel together that I realised how buzzy I have been.
Lately if you follow my Instagram, you might have seen a lot of watercolor gifs animation and designs. They were all extract from this new animation call Off to the Seaside for New Covent Garden soup. The whole idea is to bring soup at the seaside over the summer (yes I know though sale) but the film as plenty of humor and a nice tone of voice, which might actually charm you.
It was a project I rally enjoyed doing, - beside loving soup - I also welcomed the challenge to animate watercolor. (learned some along the way)
Recently I took my brushes out to paint the illustrations for Motor Neurone Disease Association campaign. The poster are now out for the all month of June in the London underground to raise awareness. you can find more about the whole project here
Today marks the launch of MND Association's Awareness Month. You can find out about the my work for the campaign and see the website created http://www.shortenedstories.org/ and (hopefully if you are in London) you'll see a poster or two around the tube/rail networks (including King's X and Euston rail stations).
The concept at the core was 'Shortened Stories' - how people diagnosed with MND have their lives brutally cut short: A third of people die within a year of diagnosis and more than half within 2 years.
Over the past year I work hard and fast with the brillant Short Form Film Company in creating Jamie Johnson. It is a children drama commission by CBBC, featuring Jamie's story, dealing with daily life (of school drama and divorce family) while pursuing his passion, football.
