Creation of a bespoke mosaic entrance flooring
Created as an entrance rug, the mosaic design was inspired by the Art Nouveau taste for ornament. The original sketches were drawn via computer, to experiment with font and color palette. The design was then after transfer under a mesh, on witch each piece carefully cut was glued. The final mosaic was eventually grouted into the entrance and became part of the grand floor carpet.
